Just for You pt. 2

Last week we talked about something just for you. I pray that everybody had a chance to reflect, relate, release and relax. Tip of the day: It doesn’t matter the length of time but each day just stop and do nothing.
Once you do it, the pleasure you get. Wow. Just think about the power of meditation.

This week we will focus on all the thinks that ‘s Relaxing.

1. Let someone wash your hair.
2. Pamper your feet
3. Get hand message
4. Take a nap
5. Read the Bible
6. Take a walk
7. Wear bright colors
8. Get a full body massage
9. Listening to soft music
Thinking of relaxing, giving to others always relax me. what about you?
